Update on shipments

The shipments to Europe and the rest of the world have been completed by Meeple Logistics at the end of June. All backers from these areas who requested a shipment and validated their pledge on Gamefound should now have received their game!

For the USA and Canada, the ship should arrive this week, and then the distribution will be set up to reach you.

After sales service

If you need to contact the after-sales service (damaged, missing material…), you can send us an email on info@byrgames.be, with information and pictures of what needs to be sent back. We take care of the requests as they come in, and we keep you informed by e-mail of the progress of the request.

The manufacturer, the deliverer and ourselves have done our best to make sure that everything arrives safely at your home, unfortunately, there are sometimes failures, which will of course be corrected. Thank you for your understanding and your patience.
